p.a. Bruce"s responsibility included the following:
Times Literary Supplement - Bruce Hogg assessed the existing business
model, and its relevance to the ICT environment. This review resulted
in transforming a 100-year-old paper based brand by taking it online
and implementing the new business online model. He also managed
an in-house technical and design development team (six personnel
which delivered the online solution on budget and time, exceeding
business expectations.
Times Education Supplement - Bruce Hogg was the lead project manager,
partnering with an external development agency, in the building
of the UK"s first comprehensive interactive online schools
directory. He established all technology requirements and media
partner platforms including, Multimap, Education Direct, Freeserve,
The Times and the Sun.
Bruce carried out a feasibility study for a content management
system for the Times Educational Supplement so that it could efficiently
manage its data and content assets in preparation for a Vignette
content management system.
