Fire Systems Ltd was established in 1992 as an independent fire protection company. They offer a number of services ranging from fire risk assessments to the installation of fire fighting equipment. What We Did
Fire Systems Ltd first came to Weblinx when they were having problems with a previous SEO company. We analysed their website to find what areas hadn’t been covered and gave them a quote they couldn’t refuse. Once they came on board we first had to copy and rehost the website as the client wanted to have the website and search engine optimisation within one area. Once rehosted on a new server we then compiled a keyword analysis to find the best keywords to attract traffic to the website. The keywords were then sent to Fire Systems Ltd to confirm they were happy.
We then began the onsite optimisation which involved optimising the titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal linking, incorporating the keywords found through the keyword analysis. After a couple of months Fire Systems Ltd were found on page 1 for a number of keywords which encouraged them to stay with us for a number of years.
The website underwent a new redesign and development which we helped assist the developer with the changeover of the site using 301 redirects to point the old urls to the new urls. This was an important step to ensure the success they had achieved with us previously would not be lost. As well as a new design, Fire Systems Ltd also wanted to change focus on a number of keywords which required some changes to be made to the website to focus on the new keywords more than their previous selection.
We have sustained and maintained the high ranking for Fire Systems Ltd for all keywords they had chosen whilst considerably improving the ranking on the clients priority keywords.
