Ocean Dental, are an NHS dental surgery with offices located in Manchester city centre in the Arndale Shopping Centre, Boots Store. Ocean Dental deal with all types of cosmetic dental surgery, ranging from dental implants, dental bridges, teeth whitening, all on four implants, restorative dentistry and a whole lot more.
When NHS dental clinic, Ocean Dental, contacted Weblinx for their SEO, they were positioned nowhere at all on Google for any key phrases relating to dentistry. Ocean Dental wanted to target the local Manchester area for the services offered by the dental sector.
Weblinx decided to extend the challenge for NHS and opted to target the most competitive, generic search terms in the dental industry at the moment, ‘dental implants’. Weblinx redesigned the whole site as we needed to convert the visitors arriving onsite and the presentation was poor. Weblinx have search engine optimisation in mind when doing web design and ensured that the folder structures, coding and the web page layout, was structured correctly for future development. The internal linking strategy was implemented targeting selected pages in the site to come up in search using keyword anchor text links, making the website search engine friendly and helping the search spiders identify easily which pages the client wanted to appear in the search results.
Once the onsite SEO techniques were implemented we complimented with an external linking campaign using various linking platforms. Our client is now pg1 Google for top phrases in the dental industry and no1 on Google for all local search.
